ABSTRACT
Nero was a king who treated all his subjects poorly, and they allthought he was evil. This malicious king used to go about in disguiseto taverns, restaurants, and cafes to hear the opinion of the people and to hear who had bad things to say about him and who had good things to say (and indeed, nobody had good things to say).
