You can purchase a power adapter for the D60 that enables you to power the camera by plugging it into an outlet. The main use for this would be if you’re photographing in a studio or other indoor location where you won’t need to move around much. For the D60 you need two pieces of equipment:
It’s necessary to have these two items because the D60 doesn’t have an AC power port. You insert the Power Connector into the battery compartment (battery is taken out) then connect the AC Adapter to the Power Connector.
