ABSTRACT
TEIN senses and a so-called inner sense or "sensorium commune" (sedkilj T. jid; S. manas) it is of six kinds to which the Yogacaras have added two more: mind affected by nisvanis (nisvanistu sedkilj T. nyon mongs can yidj S. klishta-manas) and finally the store-consciousnes (bykyn Y sitygen y tein medekyij T. kun gzhi rnam par pes paj S. alayavijnana. Store consciousness so called because it stores the karma-seeds (yiles yn kiilrynggej T. las kyi sa bonj S. karma-bija).
