ABSTRACT
It is late afternoon and Blnh and I are sitting on the edge of one of the simple wooden beds in her house, having spent a long afternoon together tending sugarcane and weeding between cabbages. The whole family, Blnh, Quang and their two sons, live in just one dark and sparsely furnished room with dirt floor.
