ABSTRACT
Computer models and their software have now been in use in the biology laboratory long enough for us to stand back and try to answer some questions. Amongst these questions are ‘What effects does this technology have on our students?’, ‘What new insights does the technology give us into the biology we are teaching?’ and ‘What new teaching opportunities does the new technology enable?’
