ABSTRACT
EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE OF IMPORTANT POINTS –
ONE PLAYS CDS, THE OTHER PLAYS DVDS AND CDS –
DVJS AND CDJS WORK MUCH THE SAME WAY.
At the center of each is a platter surrounded by
knobs, buttons, sliders and switches. Put your finger
on the platter and you move the tune back and forth,
just like vinyl. Run your finger around the platter’s
edge and you momentarily speed up or slow down
the tune. The slider does the same thing, but the
adjustment is more permanent.
