ABSTRACT
IN PARTING, I’D LIKE TO THROW AROUND A FEW
IDEAS – NOT ABOUT DVJING, BUT ABOUT THINKING,
AND ABOUT CREATING IN GENERAL.
I often get to speak at universities and festivals
around the planet about the AV revolution, visual art,
the internet, my work and just about anything else
they’ll let me get away with. One of my harangues,
particularly when I’m speaking to uni students,
concerns technique – not its importance, but rather
the lack of importance of technique in the 21st
century.
