There are also other Views, which can be used for more specific types of editing
such as the Event List which is great for finding odd or spurious MIDI data, and
the Sysx View for more advanced users to send and receive Sysx messages,
useful for attached hardware. Another View that’s not exactly a MIDI View but fits
best in this chapter is the Lyrics View which can be used as an Autocue system
after lyrics have been input, it can be particularly effective when a backing track
is being played from SONAR as the lyrics will be highlighted in sync with the
music.
