ABSTRACT
The idea behind creating this graphic art piece was the coupling of technological and organic elements; i.e., plants, more specifically a tree. I wanted to erase the boundary between them and show a kind of evolutionary marriage between the two. I have always been fascinated and inspired by trees, especially by the diversity and uniqueness of their shapes. At the same time I am also inspired by different kinds of machines and their appearance; i.e., jumbled up wires, screws and other constructional elements. Therefore, the combination of an industrial robot, or rather a tree mimicking the shape of a robot, seemed like a suitable idea.
