Linda Simensky, Senior Vice President of Original Animation at Cartoon Network Linda Simensky is senior vice president of original animation for Cartoon Network. In this capacity she oversees the development and production of all new Cartoon shorts as well as new original animated series, such as The Powerpuff Girls, Samurai Jack, Courage the Cowardly Dog, Ed, Edd, and Eddy, Dexter’s Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, and Harvey Birdman: Attorney at Law (Figures 48-1 and 48-2). Simensky has also been involved in all aspects of programming and development for the network, including scheduling, acquisitions, program operations, and original programming and development.
