ABSTRACT

Creating simple artwork using Director Figure 1.1 shows the basic Director interface. The biggest area is used for the ‘Stage’.This is where we put the imagery that the user will see. Below this in the diagram is a grid; this is the ‘Score’. In Director a movie is broken down using time segments and layers.A single column in the Score represents one time segment and a row represents a layer of graphics or a sprite. To open a new window select ‘Window’ from the main menu bar and then choose which window to open from the drop-down menu; in

You can alter the speed of the movie by changing the value of ‘fps’ (frames per second).A higher value gives a faster movie.
