ABSTRACT
Westmillster Colony is near Wilmington, the port of Los Angeles; there is a Methodist Colony on the plain which lies between Los Angeles and the sea; I have heard that another colony is projected on a rancho in Santa Barbara County, called Lompoc, and belonging to Colonel Hollister.
