Thencomesthephaseofimplementationwithallthetechnicaldetails foreachsectorandthenecessarysystemofco-ordinationandfollowupactionandtheprovisionofmeansandmaterials.Thisframework dependsontheadministrativeandtechnicalorgansofgovernmentsas wellasprivatesectoragenciesandinstitutions.Thencomesfollow-up actionwithcorrectivemeasuresthroughtheassessmentofqualitative andquantitativeresultsachievedcomparedwiththeestablishedplanninggoalssothatthenecessarymodificationsaremadeinthemeans andmethodsofexecution.Thisenableonetobenefitfromthefinal resultsasawholewhilelayingdowngeneralandsectoralplansforthe future.
