ABSTRACT
This text is based on different extracts from Grotowski’s explanations of the Theatre of Sources Project. The major fragments are based on Grotowski’s text from 1981, the Polish version of which was edited by Leszek Kolankiewicz. The important fragments of explanation are from a talk given by Grotowski at York University in Toronto, in October 1980; the English version of this talk was prepared by Jenna Kumiega and Jerzy Grotowski. A number of fragments are based on other explanations from 1979 to 1982.
