ABSTRACT

The whole system of training and improving the qualifications of the labour force in modern conditions must correspond to the requirements of the scientific organization of work. These requirements include in the first instance the conformity of the types of training of workers, techni-cians, and engineers to the existing forms of division of labour and the prospects of its development. It is, therefore, necessary to study the development of the forms of division of labour and determine their correlation with the types of training for practical work.
