ABSTRACT

Another kind: concerning the blowing of the winds. If the east wind bloweth on the eighteenth day of Tammuz, and the west wind doth not blow against it, the year will be good. If all the winds blow, and the east wind doth not, the year will be a bad one, and the crops will be deficient. And if the north and south winds do not blow against the east wind, in that I country [wherein this happeneth] the year will be good, Page 547 and there will be abundance of everything. If the north wind bloweth, and the south wind doth not blow against it, there will be evil and a deficiency of the crops in that year.
