ABSTRACT
Take ten drachms I of hendabba, and five drachms of seed Page 554 of rock parsley, and five drachms of aniseed, and two and a half drachms of anethum foeniculum, and two and a half drachms of na'na', and soak them for one day and one night in a mixture containing two parts vinegar and one part water. Then boil the mixture, and clarify it, and add hyoscyamus to this tincture of drugs until it becometh thicker than honey.
