ABSTRACT

INTRODUCTION Trespass is an area that may be tested by the examiner either in its own right or as part of a question, mostly involving, for example, occupiers’ liability or nuisance.

There have, however, been a number of recent developments in the law of trespass, such as hostile touching, trespass to airspace and false imprisonment of prisoners, which may jog the examiner’s mind on the topic of trespass.
