ABSTRACT
Chapters 2 and 3 of this book explained the overall rationale for management frameworks. Chapters 4 through 9 explained each of the six drivers of performance excellence in detail, dealing with the ‘what, how and who’ questions. In this short chapter we shall look at how the process pulls together and leads to outcomes and results.
To put it very simply: vision + action = result!
