This chapter gives you the information you need to develop an organization design (work, people, formal organization, informal organization), aligned to the mission, strategy and values that achieve the design purpose. You will learn how to set up the governance of the design work, develop design criteria, map the workfl ow, come up with two or three high-level design options and test them in order to recommend which to take forward. Additionally you will learn to establish measures – both of project success and the organizational performance in the new design.
