ABSTRACT
Indo-China has a tropical monsoon climate, analogous in many ways to that of Peninsular India or Burma. The regular seasonal alternation of wind, with northerly winds in winter and southerly winds in summer, controls almost every aspect of weather conditions. Important modifications in the general nature of the climate are imposed by the great differences in latitude and by the marked variety in relief.
