ABSTRACT
Hueffer (i.e. Ford) {1873-1939), English novelist and editor, played an important role in the recognition of Pound's talent (see Introduction, pp. 5,21). Pound's important essay 'The Prose Tradition in Verse' was written about Ford's poetry.
