Did the Prophet Forget Verses?

In this chapter, I will show that the idea that God made the Prophet and other Muslims forget verses of the Qur'an is unfounded. I will first demonstrate that this suggestion has no foundation in the Qur'an. I will then examine the source of this claim in the Ḥadīth literature and show the unreliability of these narratives.
