ABSTRACT
This chapter is concerned with counter corruption in overseas jurisdictions. In particular it focuses on corrupt public officials who use their power and authority for gain and enrichment. The author has been involved in a number of counter corruption projects that have developed structures to improve state integrity within countries whose names are synonymous with corruption.
