ABSTRACT

In the previous chapters we have described the rise of communism, the principles and tactics employed by the Communist party in attaining power, the economic and social aims, and the achievements of the Russian Soviet government from its birth until the early forties. During these days communists were active in many parts of the world and, following the “line” laid down by the Communist International until that organization's demise in 1943, endeavored to mobilize, wherever possible, public sentiment in behalf of communist theory and tactics.
