ABSTRACT
The problem of tuberculosis is only one aspect of Hong Kong’s whole medical problem, but it is the most serious aspect. Despite the concentrated efforts made to tackle this problem, it remains intractable owing to the magnitude of the other problems, social and economic, with which it is inextricably involved.
