ABSTRACT
Learning the fundamental skills is one thing; putting them into regular practice is another that in most cases requires an attitude change. For an individual attention needs to be given to a number of contextual factors that are essential for the successful application and development of individual primary Gateway Personal Creativity tools. This empowers individuals; however, as most individuals work in groups (the collective group being an organisation) it is necessary to explore the operation of individuals working in teams (group dynamics). This provides a springboard to group empowerment by seeding and nurturing the establishment of sympathetic group culture.
