ABSTRACT
THE consideration of the impact on delinquency of a child's family environment in association with certain traits he possesses is divided into four segments: first, factors reflecting pathology in the parents, which is the subject of the present chapter; then, some aspects of the home atmosphere, in Chapter XI; family relationships, in Chapter XII; and, finally, evidences of parental unconcern for the boys, in Chapter XIII.
