ABSTRACT
Different groups of people have different kinds of inherent traits of culture, which may change over time. Political culture refers to the political characteristics of a particular human group, reflecting a particular distribution of political attitudes, values, feelings, and socio-psychological orientations. Political culture, or, broadly defined, culture, is the context in which political action takes place. Therefore, politics and political change are usefully understood in terms of their cultural context.
