ABSTRACT
IN the chapter just completed we were describing those aspects of twentieth century life most closely related to the type of problem with which the moral welfare worker has to deal. In this chapter we propose to discuss those changes in social policy and administration which already have had some, and in future are likely to have more influence on the scope and character of moral welfare work.
