ABSTRACT
The Preview Business Ethics Insight above shows four short cases of the ethical issues presented by new information technologies (IT). The internet and new forms of social media have brought a host of new ethical dilemmas that companies have to contend with. Companies are finding that using such new technologies can be very rewarding. However, the misuse of such technologies can also be very damaging, as such misuse gets communicated to thousands of individuals over the internet.
