ABSTRACT
This chapter repeats the cluster analysis method used in Chapter 3 to assess if there are any changes in the patterns of similarities and differences between OECD countries post-crisis compared to pre-crisis. This leads to some conclusions about the type of public policy model that is most likely to be successful in developed countries. This model is then explored and defined.
