ABSTRACT
As has been pointed out, a considerable number of applicants require not only legal advice, but assistance in negotiation or conciliation, while a few cases require court proceedings. There is also a small, legitimate demand for non-contentious work, such as wills in respect of small estates, administrations, leases and mortgages. How is this assistance to be rendered?
