ABSTRACT
The encoded signals that are transmitted by the remote controller are producedby electronic circuits that are energized by a small battery that is housed in the controller. A pad on the controller is pressed for unlocking and another pad is pressed for locking purposes. The device may also be provided with an LED that indicates battery level.
