ABSTRACT

Here’s your chance to learn some key information and wrestle with some vignettes (case histories) that might be very similar to what you could come face-to-face with on the actual exam. So you could get novel points of view that were different than my own, I purposely asked noted textbook authors to contribute. Please remember that on the real exam, each vignette will have 10 questions for you to answer. In this chapter, however, I allowed my panel of specialists to determine the number they felt was necessary.
