A: Watching an explicit R-rated sexual movie with your parents is thought to be much more uncomfortable a situation than watching a sexual movie with anyone else or watching a graphically violent movie with anyone, or anyone of several other combinations of audience and movie (Harris & Cook, 2011 ).
