ABSTRACT
A question for this chapter is “what can global tourism policy accomplish in such a chaotic world?” Where does tourism fit with respect to poverty reduction? How does the world’s tourism leadership transform tourism policy in a way to respond to such world challenges? Who in the tourism industry will initiate innovative and creative solutions to these problems?
