ABSTRACT
In 1944 and 1945 there was, in fact, not one front, or even army operation, in which preliminary measures for the achievement of surprise were not planned. They became more organized and more carefully planned and carried out. The cases of unsuccessfully conducted measures to secure the secrecy of preparations for an offensive and disinformation of the enemy were sharply reduced.
