ABSTRACT

Building a creative career in any artistic arena is a challenge; building a successful progression of work that grows to more than the sum of its parts in the film industry is tantamount to climbing Everest. You may think you are getting somewhere, and your goal appears closer, but all too quickly a setback pushes (and sometimes crashes) you back down again. Antagonizing peaks all too often lead to larger troughs, and many – understandably – fail to stick to the climb.
