Introduction Founded in 1948, Bestar designs, manufactures, and distributes ready-to-assemble and fully assembled furniture.1 The company is located at Lac-Mégantic in the province of Quebec, Canada. Bestar exports 70% of its annual production, principally to the United States. It distributes through mass retailers, office superstores, warehouse clubs, and catalog retailers.
