ABSTRACT
Introduction The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey manages John F. Kennedy International, Newark Liberty International, and LaGuardia airports. In 2008, Newark served 35.4 million passengers as compared with 47.8 million at Kennedy and 23.1 million at LaGuardia.
