The Static and Kinetic Representations of the Efferent Nervous System in the Psycho-Motor Sphere

During the past few years I have given especial attention to the problem of motility in health and disease and to the neural mechanisms governing its various manifestations. On the basis of these investigations I have formulated a new conception of the efferent nervous system, founded on the existence of separate mechanisms subserving respectively the functions of motion and posture [see Bibliography (1)].
