ABSTRACT
The last chapter introduced the common geographical reference of the social formation Cibervalle. That is to say, the country to which the members of Cibervalle feel attached. The communicative center of Cibervalle is an online discussion forum, which as part of a commercial Paraguayan web portal is free of charge and publicly accessible online. The portal is designed as an Internet guide for Paraguay and its range is aimed at persons searching for contact addresses, news and other information about Paraguay. According to one participant, with its twenty-five thousand visits per day, https://www.cibervalle.com" xmlns:xlink="https://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">www.cibervalle.com was at times the most frequented Paraguayan site on the WWW, 31 with the only competitor being the online version of the Paraguayan daily newspaper ABC Color.
