ABSTRACT
To satisfy the M4 requirement of the Building Regulations, that reasonable provision is made to accommodate disabled people in a building which contains audience or spectator seating, the 1999 Part M Approved Document presents guidance regarding provision for wheelchair users in theatres, cinemas, concert halls, sports stadia, etc.
