ABSTRACT

One of the basic things you might hope to learn is how efficient each of the subgroups is in meeting a deadline for completing a task such as drawing up proposals. After talking to members of the two groups, you might also discover who is more likely to act as a leader, who has good organizing talents, who is particularly committed to establishing a broad range of classes, and so on. This information can then be used to ensure that the most suitable people take on basic organizational tasks, such as setting up rotas, while the person particularly committed to expanding the classes becomes the one responsible for recruiting teachers.
