ABSTRACT
Some weeks after this meeting, your manager tells you that the organization has decided to make a number of important changes, one of which will mean some restructuring. There will be no redundancies, but people will be moved into different departments and will have to acquire some new skills. You will end up with a department consisting of two of your present staff and two new staff.
