ABSTRACT
Consider these two scenarios: In the first, you are talking with someone about a topic and they light up. The words come out faster, there is a twinkle in their eye, and you can’t help but be drawn into their excitement. The topic could be aviation, fashion, or the new web-based learning system in their company. All you know is that person has some kind of passion about that subject (in fact—sometimes you can’t even get them to stop talking about it!), and they want to share their excitement with you.
