ABSTRACT
I had advertised for a new sales manager and was very pleased with the one we found. It was the summer and I was away on holiday for the two weeks before his starting date. Before going away I had made some preparations for his arrival and had briefly talked about it with my PA, but as there were lots of other things to do I didn’t run through things as thoroughly as I should have.
