ABSTRACT
Show PowerPoint slide 6-1 as the participants enter. When
all are seated, show PowerPoint slides 6-2 and 6-3. Review
the agenda and objectives. Explain that this half-day pro-
gramme will explore the participants’ own competencies
and beliefs about their leadership roles. Emphasize that
the goal is to identify unique strengths so they can be
leveraged in the unique leadership role of each individual
rather than turning everyone into clones.
