So far in this book we have always worked in a single viewport – the drawing area of the AutoCAD 2004 window. To set multiple viewports, click View in the menu bar and in the drop-down menu which appears (Fig. 18.1), click Viewports . . . , which brings up a sub-menu. In the submenu select New Viewports . . . .
